This individual work has been developed into a group or collaborative work at the beginning of the Hijri nineties , when a group of agents expressed their desire to work collectively, for the unification of all workers in this field in a unified office, in which the agents worked collectively, instead of working individually. Ministerial Resolution No. 625 was issued on: 7/8/1395 AH , which includes the organization of the : (Unified Agents Office), under the supervision and the responsibility of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , based on the decision of the Supreme Hajj Committee, No. 60 of 1395 AH, which was considered as the first step of the collective work experience ,for the workers in this field.

At that time, the Unified Agents Office had established and founded : (The Agents Company) in the city of pilgrims, the old airport in Jeddah, as its first headquarter , where it took on many tasks and responsibilities of special importance, as it was conside red the link, and the safety element for the various stages of services that Allah Has granted to Arbab Al Tawae’f institutions like: (Arbab Al Tawae’f Companies ), which serves the pilgrims of Al Ka’bah, and the visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque ( Almasjid Alnabawi) , starting with receiving them at the entry terminals, facilitating their performance of rituals, and ending with the completion of the procedures for their departure to their countries . As the office performs its duties, it helps the other parties and bodies related to the Hajj work to carry out their duties, as well.
